Ukraine's largest oil producer announces personnel changes in management

The largest producer and exporter of sunflower oil in Ukraine Kernel there were changes in the management team. About this said the company's press service.
Effective August 19, 2025, Hryhoriy Kapustyan was appointed Director of Production Assets Management. He has been working at Kernel for 20 years: he started as an operator at the Poltava Oil Extraction Plant and later headed the Starokonstantinovka Plant.
Now he is responsible for the operations of all the company's oil extraction facilities and the storage of agricultural products.
The previous director, Yuriy Pugach, will remain with the company as a consultant and will continue to assist in the strategic development of the manufacturing business.
For more than 16 years of its operation, Kernel has implemented large-scale projects for the construction, reconstruction, and modernization of factories and elevators, as well as the transition to green energy.
In addition, under his leadership, digital tools were introduced, functions were improved, and accreditation and certification of facilities were carried out.

- May 1, 2025 Kernel-Trade received permission from the AMCU for the acquisition of Keramobloks-Invest.
- On May 15, Kernel filed an application for acquisition of control over the IMC agricultural holding. The AMCU granted permission.
