Russia attacks Smart Energy's gas production facility: an employee is killed

On the night of November 8, Russia attacked one of the gas production facilities of the Smart Energy group, which is part of the Smart Holding. As a result of direct hits, an employee of the company who was on shift, was killed, the group's press service reported.

"This is the second time the enemy has attacked one of Smart Energy's gas production facilities with direct strikes. This time, Russia destroyed not only the equipment, but also killed our colleague who was on shift. This asset has been attacked before, and we have recovered. Today, direct hits from missiles and Shahedis have again stopped gas production," the group said .

A fire broke out at the enterprise and was extinguished.

On November 8, gas production assets of Naftogaz of Ukraine also came under fire, for which this is the ninth attack since the beginning of October.
