The daughter of former Deputy Interior Minister Serhiy Chebotar is involved in the construction of a luxury apartment hotel Glacier Premium Apartments in the center of Bukovel. This is stated in an investigation by Bihus.info, whose journalists question her sources of funding.

The construction project is being commissioned by Glacier Hill, a company co-owned by Oksana Chebotar, daughter of Serhiy Chebotar, with a 33% stake.

The future hotel is positioned as the most premium and largest in Ukraine in terms of the number of apartments. Prices reach $5000-6000 per square meter.

The total area of the complex will be more than 2 hectares. The land for construction was purchased directly from Bukovel LLC, but the terms of the agreement are not disclosed due to commercial secrecy.

Chebotar worked as a deputy minister in 2014-2015 under Arsen Avakov and was involved in the cases of Avakov's "backpacks" and illegal sand sales. In 2015, he resigned due to "slanderous publications".

Journalists note that the official income of Oksana Chebotar and her husband does not cover the costs of the million-dollar project. Most of their companies are unprofitable, and the sole proprietorship was opened only a year ago.

Chebotar refused to talk to journalists.
