Polish special services believe that large-scale sabotage was planned on the Polish railroad. This was stated by the Minister-Coordinator of Special Services Tomasz Siemoniak on the air of TVN24.

"I believe that the worst-case scenario was considered. They were, in the negative sense of the word, professionals. They were not just agents hired to set fire to a depot with paint. The possibility of a major railroad disaster was calculated into this event. This initiative was designed to lead to a major railroad disaster," Semonyak said.

In his opinion, the sabotage on the Polish railroad "is very closely related to the assessment of the situation in Russia."

"Russia has begun to believe in its victory, that Ukraine is being consumed by a major corruption scandal that is weakening Zelenskyy, and that it is necessary to target countries that support Ukraine," Semonyak said.

  • on November 16, in Poland, it was the railroad was damaged on the route to the border with Ukraine. Prime Minister Donald Tusk called the incident an act of sabotage.
  • on November 18, he said that Poland suspects two Ukrainians in the bombing of the railroad, who came from Belarus on the orders of the Russian Federation and fled to the same country. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine responded to accusations against citizens.
  • november 24 in Poland put forward charges against another suspect. He was taken into custody.
