At the company "Kyivmiskybud" There are just over two months left to complete the share issue needed to raise 2.56 billion hryvnias for recapitalization. Currently, only 1.7 billion hryvnias have been allocated in the budget to increase the charter capital of Kyiv City Bank. The remaining amount is being sought by Kyiv city council deputies.

The funding is needed to resume operations for the company, which has 122 frozen projects with an area of over 500,000 square meters and millions of debts to contractors.

If Kyivmiskybud fails to complete the issuance by the end of the year, the reserved funds will not be able to be used for recapitalization. Investors will have to wait until at least 2026, or perhaps longer. What is happening?
