Investing in Taryan. Mkhitaryan launches an investment fund for retail investors. What is known

Taryan Group launches a new project – a product for retail investors to invest in commercial real estate.
Potential partners will be offered to invest in a fund that will own business space in Taryan Towers. These are three 35-storey towers with premium housing that the developer is building in Pechersk.
This is not the first such project in Ukraine. A tool called a real estate investment trust, or REIT, was launched in 2022 by businessman Andriy Zhurzhiy, owner of Inzhur. His portfolio includes investments in commercial premises for McDonalds restaurants, Silpo supermarkets, housing construction, etc. Yields range from 8.5% per annum, minimum check is UAH 1,000-6,226 depending on the fund.
The REIT model also attracts investments from KDD Group in Standard one projects. Yield – from 8.5%, entry threshold – from $3,000.
What is the expected return on investment in the Taryan Group fund? What is the minimum contribution? What kind of commercial real estate does the company propose to invest in? The correspondent of LIGA.net found out on the eve of the official launch of the project.
