Newly created PlayCity fines eight well-known licensed casinos for UAH 3.2 million

The state agency PlayCity has fined eight licensed casinos a total of UAH 3.2 million for violating the law on state regulation of gambling. About said the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

All casinos received fines of UAH 400,000 for late submission of mandatory reporting required by the Law on State Regulation of Gambling.

The sanctions were applied to Golden Bonus, WinBoss, WinBoss Slot Machines, F1RST, Royal Club, WIN, 4444, and Party Casino.

In their reports, casinos should provide data on compliance with the license conditions, financial status, measures to prevent gambling addiction, and other indicators provided by law.

PlayCity emphasizes that such inspections are part of the work on streamlining the gambling business and making it transparent.

  • PlayCity was established in March 2025 to replace the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (CRGL) to regulate the gambling business.
