Trump allows secondary sanctions against Russia to be imposed earlier than 50 days in advance
US President answers questions about sanctions against Russia

President of the United States of America Donald Trump did not rule out the introduction of secondary sanctions against Russia. He said this said on the Friday before his flight to Scotland.
"We're looking at the whole situation. We may have to impose secondary sanctions on them," Trump said.
The American president reminded that on July 14, he gave 50 days to conclude a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine and threatened Russia with secondary duties "at the level of about 100%."
When asked if he was considering imposing secondary sanctions before that date, Trump replied: "Maybe, yes."
