"To restore the equipment, Teahouse applied for a restoration grant. They were the first in Ukraine to receive it. The application has already been approved and is being prepared for issuance," Svyrydenko said.

In July 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers approved an expanded version of the Grants for Processing Enterprises program, adding grants for business recovery after Russian shelling.

The amount of the grant can be up to UAH 16 million (but not more than the actual confirmed losses).

The state is ready to cover the costs of purchasing, delivering and installing equipment on a co-financing basis: businesses must invest 20% of the amount, and the remaining 80% will be provided by a grant.

That is, to receive the maximum grant amount, the applicant's own contribution must be UAH 4 million.

Recovery grants will be provided to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and individual entrepreneurs operating in the processing industry.
