Oleksiy Zozulya, CEO of Foxtrot, has resigned after six years in the role. He announced his decision on Facebook.

"It was an extraordinary and eventful six years — from the COVID pandemic and a sharp shift in our business model, to the outbreak of war, when our main warehouse in Hostomel, worth UAH 0.6 billion, was destroyed by fire. We went through recovery, achieved record financial results, contributed taxes to the state, supported the Armed Forces, and demonstrated the strongest market growth in 2025. This marks the end of my professional journey with Foxtrot. I am leaving the company in the safe hands of its owners," Zozulya wrote.

In a comment to LIGA.net, he confirmed his resignation but declined to disclose the reasons.

Foxtrot is one of Ukraine’s largest household appliances and electronics retailers. The company operates 127 stores across 68 cities, with an annual turnover of UAH 14.9 billion.
