Construction of a new large shopping center Kvartal City has begun in Lviv – photos

The construction of the Kvartal City shopping and entertainment center at 313 Shevchenko Street, Lviv, has started, and it is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2027. About said retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which is the exclusive broker of the project.

Kvartal City will be located in the Ryasne neighborhood on the northwestern outskirts of Lviv. It will be built on the M10 international highway connecting the city with the Polish border.

The total area of the complex will be almost 50,000 square meters, and the leasable area will be 20,000 square meters.

The shopping center will have three floors, an underground parking lot of 8,900 square meters and a multi-level parking lot of 14,600 square meters. A total of 523 parking spaces are provided.

"The mall will not be a classic shopping mall, but a multifunctional space for daily needs, leisure, and community – the 'second heart of the district,'" said Alina Abramtseva, RDA project manager.

The mall is planned to open a supermarket, hardware and clothing stores, pharmacies, a post office, banks, catering establishments, a cinema, children's areas and other services. Kvartal City will house about 75 stores, as well as restaurants and food courts with a total area of more than 2000 square meters.

According to RDA project manager Alina Abramtseva, the main anchor tenant, a supermarket, has already been identified, and negotiations with other large tenants are underway.
