In early 2023, the family of former minister Mykola Zlochevskyi became the owner of the building where the Kyiv Food Market restaurant complex is located near the Arsenalna metro station, news outlet Ukrainian Pravda writes.

The restaurant itself belongs to Alex Cooper and Mykhailo Beilin, but the premises are owned by Zlochevskyi's daughters. For a long time, it was owned by the A Development company of Oleksiy Baranov (former manager of businessman Vasyl Khmelnytskyi), but at the beginning of 2023, he sold the building.

Now it is registered to Ukemoti LLC, which is controlled by Anna and Karina Zlochevska.

According to the rough estimates of one of the UP sources in the field of real estate, the Kyiv Food Market should cost the new owners $3.6 million.

The outlet also learned that the Zlochevskyis also own the office of Andriy and Serhiy Klyuyev on Riznytska Street and the business center at 25 Sahaidachnoho Street.

In October, it emerged that Zlochevskyi's daughters are re-registering a building in the center of Kyiv, where the main office of the Arkada bank used to be, to a new company.

Mykola Zlochevskyi held the post of minister of ecology from July 2, 2010 to April 20, 2012 in Mykola Azarov's government. After the Revolution of Dignity, he had problems with the law for many years, but in 2023 he received a sentence without imprisonment – getting a mere fine.

In 2021, Zlochevskyi transferred his gas business to his daughters.
