Two apartments of ex-official Vorona, who defected to Russia, put up for auction

Two apartments confiscated from pro-Russian politician Dmytro Vorona, who is under sanctions from Ukraine, Switzerland and the EU, have been put up for privatization auctions. About reported State Property Fund.

These are a 67.5-square-meter apartment in Kyiv at 121 Saksahanskoho Street, apartment 36, and a 53.7-square-meter apartment in Myrhorod, Poltava Oblast, at 113 Gogol Street, apartment 49.
The open online auctions will take place on September 29, 2025, in the Prozorro.Sale system. The proceeds from the sale will go to the Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression, which finances the reconstruction of Ukraine.
In 2019, it became known that Vorona had received Russian citizenship. In February 2022, he was appointed an adviser to the occupation "authorities" of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov.
