"They are deliberately targeting vulnerable points." What are the dangers of attacks on nuclear power plants?

Russia continues to escalate its attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Ukrainian nuclear power plants have repeatedly been targeted. At the beginning of October, the Russians shelled the decommissioned Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, and on Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant they staged a blackout, cutting off its power supply.
There are four operating nuclear power plants in Ukraine. This is South Ukrainian, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne region and the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, which is controlled by the Russians. The Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant is frozen, with a sarcophagus covering a dump of radioactive fuel.
LIGA.net conducts a blitz interview with Mykhailo Shuster, a former employee of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant and former advisor to the director of the South Ukrainian Nuclear Power Plant, to find out if there could be a repeat of the Chernobyl disaster if Russia continues to strike nuclear power plants with drones and missiles. He also asks about what could happen if they hit the protective sarcophagus in Pripyat, and what the threat to Ukraine and the world is if the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant is de-energized.
