The Bureau of Economic Security has found that companies of the Russian oligarch under sanctions are still supplying electricity to state institutions. This year alone, 734 such contracts were signed with two companies affiliated with the oligarch, said press service of the BES.

The bureau does not directly name the oligarch, but writes that sanctions against him were imposed by presidential decree №38/2025, which indicates Konstantin Grigorishin, who has citizenship of Ukraine, Russia, and until recently, also had cyprus passport.

In total, since the beginning of 2024, more than 2,000 active contracts have been established with Grigorіshyn's companies by regional power distribution companies, state-owned and municipal enterprises, executive committees, military units, etc. Their total estimated value is almost UAH 8 billion.

The BES has sent recommendations to the relevant services and institutions to reject these companies' proposals in current and future tenders, and to cancel existing contracts and licenses.
