The Cabinet of Ministers approved the decision of the Ukraine-EU Association Committee on the mutual opening of the roaming sector. This was announced at a government meeting. reported / announced / notified / informed / said Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
Joining the common roaming area with the EU, "Roaming like at home," will allow Ukrainians to use mobile communication in Europe without additional charges. The "roaming visa-free" regime is scheduled to start on January 1, 2026.
