Ukraine increases electricity imports by 91% in June, main supply from Hungary

Ukraine imported 858,300 MWh of electricity in June, which is 91% more than the previous month's volume, according to data from ExPro Electricity.
In May, the record monthly volume of electricity imports was 448,000 MWh. April also saw a record import of electricity at 225,000 MWh.
Hungary continues to hold the largest share in the import structure at 41.6%, while Moldova has the smallest at 7.7%.
In June, electricity imports from Poland saw the highest growth, increasing 2.4 times compared to May to over 138,000 MWh.
On average, 28,600 MWh were imported daily. There were no electricity exports in June.
