Farmers cut exports and are fighting with processors.

Ukraine is selling the smallest volumes of grain and legumes on world markets in recent years. The result of the 2024-25 marketing year, which ended on June 30, is almost 20% worse than the previous one – 11 million tons less grain was exported.
However, foreign exchange earnings increased to $11.2 billion, which is $0.4 billion more than in the 2023-24 season. But in the new season, processing companies are ready to "work" on reducing it.
Correspondent LIGA.net I investigated which crops' exports have changed the most and what Trump has to do with it. Why Ukrainian processors are starting a fight with farmers for raw materials, how it will affect export volumes in the new season, and what financial results the participants in the conflict are getting.
