New export quotas to the EU. Who gets to enter through the front door, and who gets to use the service entrance.

The ceiling of restrictions has been raised for almost all goods compared to the pre-war year of 2021 (see the Note for why this year was chosen). The difference is that for some, this increase was impressive – almost sixfold, while for others it was only symbolic. Ukrainian negotiators told LIGA.net that this difference is due to the lobbying efforts of "our neighbors." In other words, where there has been no improvement, one should look for a Polish trace. But there are still a lot of nuances, thanks to which some companies can celebrate, while others have already started looking for new markets.
