Trump calls Modi a "good friend" and expresses confidence in reaching a deal with India

Donald Trump said that India and the United States are continuing negotiations to remove trade barriers between the countries and announced a conversation with Modi in the coming weeks. He said wrote in Truth Social.
"I look forward to speaking with my good friend, Prime Minister Modi, in the coming weeks." Trump wrote.
He expressed confidence that the countries would be able to reach a mutually beneficial outcome without "any difficulties."
Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi in response to the social network X (Twitter) emphasized he said that India and the United States are "close friends and natural partners."
He stated that the trade talks "will pave the way for unlocking the limitless potential of the India-US partnership."
Modi also reiterated his readiness to conclude discussions as soon as possible and noted that he would work with Trump for "a brighter and more prosperous future for both nations."
