Zelensky has imposed sanctions against individuals and companies involved in the production of drones in Russia

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has implemented the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of June 20 regarding sanctions against individuals and companies involved in the development and production of drones by Russia.
The corresponding decree No. 415/2025 was published on the website of the head of state.
The Office of the President notes that the new sanctions package includes persons involved in the development and production of UAVs "Geran", "Orlan-10", SuperCam, etc., FPV systems, which are suppliers of LLC "Alabuga Machinery".
In addition, those who import and supply components to the sanctioned Kronstadt JSC for the production of the Banderol missile, as well as those involved in sanctions-evading schemes for the import of dual-use goods, were also subject to restrictions.
The list includes 56 people (all citizens of the Russian Federation) and 55 companies, mostly from Russia: Aviaprom, Aeroelectromash, Airburg, Ikar-Tech, Ikar Group of Companies, Hermes Research Institute, Special Design Bureau of the Moscow Energy Institute, Engelsk Research and Design Bureau "Signal" named after Glukharev, Radioprylad Plant, etc.
The list also includes one enterprise from Belarus – the Precision Electromechanical Plant, as well as six Chinese companies: Shandong Xinyilu International Trade, Shenzhen Flint Trading, Align Trading, Mei Xin Electronic, Hadsund International Technology, and Hytera Communications.
The sanctions were imposed for 10 years. They concern the blocking of assets, restrictions on trade transactions, prevention of capital withdrawals, suspension of the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations, prohibition on the acquisition of land plots, etc.
- The previous sanctions package of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine was adopted on June 10. At that time, 48 individuals and nine legal entities were subject to sanctions, including the Russian-occupied Artek camp.
- On June 19, Zelensky said that Ukraine would fully synchronize its sanctions with the sanctions packages of the European Union and other international partners against Russia.
