Zelenskyy: Ukraine may resume arms exports, but only to "Ramstein" countries
Ukrainian President sets conditions for resuming weapons exports

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has instructed relevant ministries to develop proposals for exporting weapons, including Ukrainian drones, but with specific safeguards. He shared this during an interview with Ukrainian journalists, broadcast on the national TV marathon.
Zelenskyy said he asked the defense minister to consider possible export models.
"I rule out exports [...] to anyone, and then it ends up in Russia. That's the first point. The second is that it should only be within the 'Ramstein' circle. With all due respect to Middle Eastern countries and others, I don't believe we have the right to export to those who haven't helped us," he stated.
