Respublika Park Shopping Mall supports the rehabilitation of defenders of Ukraine
In the second half of 2024, Respublika Park shopping mall launched two important charitable projects aimed at supporting and rehabilitating the defenders of Ukraine. The first project is being implemented in collaboration with the charitable organization "Center for Complex Endoprosthetics, Osseointegration and Bionics" (TYTANOVI Rehabilitation Center), and the second is in partnership with the Federation of Sea Multisports of Ukraine.
TYTANOVI is a modern rehabilitation center in Ukraine that specializes in the most complex cases of prosthetics and helps wounded warriors restore themselves not only physically, but also mentally. The institution provides assistance to patients with high amputations who are often rejected by other rehabilitation centers. As part of the collaboration with Respublika Park, the center receives funding to perform high-tech osseointegration operations, the cost of each of which is approximately 23,000 Euros.
"We understand that the recovery of our defenders is not just our duty, it is an investment in the future of Ukraine. Every saved defender, every successful operation is a victory for the whole of society. That's why Respublika Park has taken on the obligation to finance such important projects," said Yulia Shchasliva, CEO of Respublika Park.
"Our center works with the most complex amputation cases, often taking on situations that other rehabilitation institutions refuse. Thanks to the support of Respublika Park, we can continue to provide high-tech assistance. Modern osseointegration technologies give a chance for a full life even in the most difficult cases," commented Vyacheslav Zaporozhets, founder of the TYTANOVI center.
The second area of charitable activity of Respublika Park is support for the water rehabilitation program in cooperation with the Federation of Sea Multisports of Ukraine. The shopping mall financed the production of a special YaL-6 type boat worth 532,000 hryvnias, equipped with special equipment, including rudders, approach systems, rollers and special seats for rowers.
The program is aimed at involving servicemembers after completing service in military units and participation in combat operations. According to the organizers, rowing helps to carry out physical and psychological rehabilitation, as well as social adaptation after the end of service.
These projects are part of Respublika Park's long-term strategy to support the defenders of Ukraine and demonstrate a comprehensive approach to the rehabilitation of servicemembers, combining advanced medical technologies and innovative recovery methods.
