Ukrainian international road carriers have increased their revenue many times over. Who will be first in 2025?

In the first quarter of 2025, Autolux was the company with the highest revenue among Ukrainian bus carriers operating abroad.
This company is the market leader from previous years. It earned 130 million UAH in this activity. The Khmelnytskyi carrier KLR Bus moved up to second place in revenue, pushing aside Euroclub and East West Eurolines.
This is evidenced by data from the YouControl service, which was analyzed by Liga.net. Read on to learn about changes in the income of the top 5 international bus carriers in Ukraine. Liga.net previously wrote in detail about their history and market prospects material.

Since 2021, Autolux has remained the leading company in the segment in terms of revenue, surpassing East West Eurolines. Like other market players, its earnings increased several times after the Covid-19 pandemic and the start of the full-scale war. In 2021, it amounted to 167.4 million UAH, and in 2023 – 520 million UAH.
Since 2017, Autolux has been part of the European transport holding company Eurolines, registered in Latvia. It's worth noting that even before acquiring Autolux, the holding company was present in Ukraine under its own brand through the LLC "Ukrainian Lines," founded in 2000. This company is still operating. However, while in 2021 it received 127.9 million hryvnias in revenue according to YouControl data, in 2024 it received 27.7 million hryvnias. In the first quarter of 2025, the company did not report any revenue. Currently, it has four vehicles on its balance sheet.
KLR Bus traces its history back to at least the 2010s, but its main current LLC ("Lux Reisen-Bis") was founded in 2019. The company received its first revenue only in 2021 – 6.4 million UAH. Since then, the company's earnings have grown rapidly every year – from 31.6 million UAH in 2022 to 115.6 million UAH in 2023.
In the first quarter of this year, we earned 98 million UAH and, thanks to this, we were able to take second place in revenue among similar companies. This dynamic reflects the overall development of KLR Bus: in recent years, the company has been opening terminal stations in Ukraine and new routes to European cities.
The third-largest bus carrier for international travel by revenue in the first quarter of 2025, East West Eurolines, earned 86.9 million hryvnias. This name is the international brand of LLC "Lviv Automobile Transport Enterprise -14631" (Lviv ATP), which has been headed by Igor Duma since 1988 and owned by him since 1997.
Based on the Lviv ATP (Automobile Transport Plant), founded in the USSR, Duma created, in his estimation, a corporation of bus and auto service companies that, in addition to the aforementioned brands, provide services under the name Duma. LLC Lviv ATP-14631 received the highest revenue in the segment before the Covid-19 pandemic – 270 million UAH in 2019. However, it subsequently demonstrated slower revenue growth than its competitors.
Euroclub, a company specializing in transportation to Germany, increased its revenue tenfold after the start of the full-scale war – to 613.3 million UAH in 2023. However, the company's earnings decreased in 2024. In the first quarter of 2025, it yielded its position not only to KLR Bus, but also to East West Eurolines, earning 3 million UAH less than its competitor.
LLC "Intertrans" is the most mysterious company among the top five market leaders. It does not have official online resources. As Liga.net investigated, buses of the Odessa brand LikeBus operate under this legal entity, which did not register revenue in the first quarter of 2025, but received 2.2 million UAH in 2025.
Intertrans itself follows the pace of its competitors in its earnings. In 2021, the company increased its revenue from 30 to 70 million hryvnias, and in 2023 it grew to 211.8 million hryvnias. In the first quarter of 2025, the company remained in fifth place in the ranking, earning 62.3 million hryvnias.
To determine the five largest bus carriers abroad by revenue, Liga.net analyzed the financial statements of companies with the main classification of economic activity (NAIC) 49.39 According to him, these include, among others, long-distance passenger transportation services by road, charter, excursion and tourist transportation, and airport transfers.
