on June 1, Diia for Business launched the first paid digital service - multisharing. It allows you to combine several digital documents into one package and send them in one request. In the first month of operation, the service has already been used more than 340,000 times. Oleksiy Vovk, head of the Diia implementation team at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, told about this in a column for LIGA.net.

"We launched multisharing gradually so that partners could connect at their own pace. But from the very first days, it became clear that the demand for convenient digital interaction was much greater than we expected," writes Oleksiy Vovk.

As of today, more than 60 companies from various industries, including banking, car rental services, and other areas, have already integrated multisharing.

"Each such integration is a separate story. We don't just provide access to APIs, but also advise, help with technical details, and adapt solutions to specific business processes. For us, it's not about the quantity but the quality of interaction," noted Vovk .

He emphasizes that digitalization allows companies to save resources, speed up customer service, and get rid of unnecessary bureaucracy.

"The launch of multisharing is another step in the development of partnership between the state and the private sector. In recent years, Diia has transformed into a full-fledged digital services platform," emphasizes Vovk.

Multisharing allows you to transfer copies of passports, tax IDs, income certificates and other documents in one request.

How it works:

  1. The client presses the button or scans the QR code with a smartphone with Action.
  2. Selects the documents to be sent.
  3. Certifies the request with Action.Signature.

If the client doesn't have all the documents, the available ones will be sent, and the system will show what is missing. To connect the service, you need to set up or update the integration with Diia. The service is paid for businesses, but completely free for customers who send documents.
