ARMA is looking for a manager for ex-MP Medvedchuk's property worth over UAH 123 million

National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announced a competition to elect a manager for the seized property of a former MP and accused of treason Viktor Medvedchuk. About said aRMA press service.
The list of assets includes a 731.6-square-meter residential building with a 0.0775-hectare plot of land on the banks of the Dnipro River overlooking Obolonska embankment.
In addition, a manager is being sought for three of Medvedchuk's apartments. One of them – with an area of 98.7 square meters – is located in the Desnianskyi district of Kyiv. The other two – 51.2 square meters and 69.1 square meters – are in the Obolon district of the capital.
Experts estimate that the total market value of these properties exceeds UAH 123 million.
The proceeds from the management of this property will go to the state budget and will be used for Ukraine's defense.
The competition for the selection of the manager was launched on August 14 through the Prozorro system, and proposals can be submitted until August 29, 2025.
Anyone who meets the qualification requirements can participate.

- Medvedchuk and his wife now live in Russia, where he was handed over in exchange for the Ukrainian military.
