Ukraine's largest producer of metal tiles is building a new oil refinery

A new oil refinery being built by Tail for more than EUR 10 million is being prepared for launch in Lviv region. This was reported by prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko and head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Maksym Kozytskyi.

Svyrydenko said that entrepreneurs Yuriy Shkvarok and Andriy Tsymbalyak, who are building the plant, started their journey as students in the 2000s with four bread shops.

Over time, their company, Tile, became the largest producer of metal tiles and corrugated board in Ukraine and began exporting.

During the war, the entrepreneurs decided to diversify their business and get involved in agro-processing. The new oil refinery cost 10 million euros.

It will use equipment manufactured by Ukrainian companies from Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Dnipro, Odesa, etc.

"All the equipment in it is Ukrainian: TAN refining and PET Technologies line from Chernihiv, TEFF boiler from Odesa, Nadiya bottling line from Cherkasy, AKIM tanks and filling plant from Dnipro, Lubnyash silos from Lubny," Svyrydenko said.

According to Kozitsky, this allows us to support dozens of companies and hundreds of employees across the country.

The plant will create new jobs in Lviv region and increase tax revenues to the local budget.

• In the Belzka community of the Lviv region build an elevatorwhich will be able to store up to 30,000 tons of grain at a time, as well as a dry port.
• In the Lviv region also a new feed mill will be built, which will sell products on the domestic market of Ukraine.
