Unimot Energia i Gaz, a part of the Polish Unimot Group, has signed agreements with Ukrainian companies ISO Company and EDS Engineering, it says on the Unimot.

The partnership is aimed at participating in the rebuilding of Ukraine's energy infrastructure, which was destroyed by the war, and developing the renewable energy sector.

The cooperation envisages the construction of solar power plants (SPP) and energy storage systems (ESS) that will increase Ukraine's energy sustainability.

"By combining our experience and know-how with the technical capabilities of our partners, we can effectively contribute to the transformation of Ukraine's energy system," said Wojciech Ginter, Chairman of the Board of Unimot Energia i Gaz.

The projects will be developed in a modular format, which will allow us to shorten the launch time and adapt the solution to the needs of the regions.

In addition, Unimot Energia and Gaz, together with EDS Engineering, will work on infrastructure development charging of electric vehicles in Ukraine and EU countries. This includes the production and installation of charging stations and the construction of power grids to support electric mobility.

Unimot emphasized that ISO Company (Cherkasy region, ultimate beneficiary Iryna Bryk – Ed.) has experience in designing renewable energy solutions, and EDS Engineering (Dnipro, owner Oleksandr Zapyshnyi – Ed.) has experience in implementing large-scale energy projects. Both companies have a modern technical base and are ready to quickly implement investments in Ukraine.

Earlier in October, Unimot signed an agreement with Zinoviy Kozitsky's Lviv-based Eco-Optima. The cooperation will also focus on the development and construction of new production facilities in the field of renewable energy.

In addition, the companies plan to cooperate in gas and oil exploration and production.

  • Unimot Group is a multi-energy holding company with over 30 years of experience, which is one of the leaders in the Polish fuel import market. The company is actively developing the AVIA filling station network in Poland and Ukraine, the production of AVIA Solar solar panels, and is investing in new areas of renewable energy.
  • In July 2025, it became known that Unimot was launching a drone production project with a Ukrainian partner and is investing more than $110,000. In addition, Unimot plans to create fuel terminal in Lviv region, by investing up to EUR 60 million.
