American company Aecom to help restore Kyiv's Boryspil Airport

Boryspil International Airport and the American infrastructure consulting company Aecom have signed a memorandum that provides for the restoration and modernization of the airport's infrastructure and the aviation sector of Ukraine as a whole, the airport's press service informs.

Aecom has experience in participating in restoration works of various complexity all over the world. Aecom and its subsidiaries have been involved in post-war reconstruction in Iraq, Afghanistan and Bosnia, as well as disaster recovery in Nepal, Haiti, Japan, Indonesia and the Caribbean.

In addition, the company's experts have made successful aviation solutions for various projects and continents, from financial and technical feasibility analysis to design, master planning, program management and construction.

Hyundai will also help with the reconstruction and expansion of Boryspil airport after the war ends.
