Last week, the Economic Court of Odesa Oblast should have considered one of the cases involving a lawsuit by the Luxembourg-based Tzedakah Funds regarding ownership of the LLC "Reni-Terminal". This logistics company has been at the epicenter of a long-standing corporate conflict between the agricultural holding company. "Kernel" Andriy Verevskyi, financial structures of Dmytro Chernyavskyi, who is banned from entering Ukraine (son-in-law or former son-in-law of the oligarch) Gennadyy Boholyubov) and companies associated with the former head of the European Bank, Aleksandar Adarić, who is currently wanted.

The disputed asset could become part of Kernel's solution to current logistical problems. The previous owner's ambiguous reputation makes its position vulnerable.
