The construction company Kyivmiskbud is unable to complete the construction of more than 120 phases in its residential complexes. Among them are houses left unfinished by Maxim Mykytas' Ukrbud. To overcome the crisis, the company has been headed by Vasyl Oliynyk, an experienced builder, since February 2024. He has been in the position for a year and three months.

As of today, no construction work is underway. In 2024, the company's major shareholder, the Kyiv City Council, voted to capitalize by UAH 2.6 billion. However, the funds have not yet been received. Nevertheless, the new head of the company is confident that the process of additional financing will be completed this year.

Svitlana Samsonova is a lawyer who previously worked at the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine. Together with her team and the government, she was involved in a complex restructuring of a $1.5 billion loan from China Eximbank and successfully brought the case to the final stage.
