Arrested Betonbud plant linked to Medvedchuk continues to operate illegally – ARMA

The Asset Management and Tracing Agency (ARMA) has recorded the facts of illegal use of the arrested Betonbud LLC plant in Lviv region, which was previously associated with pro-Russian politician Viktor Medvedchuk. ARMA reports this.
During the inspection, conducted by representatives of the central office of ARMA and the Western Interregional Department of the agency, it was found that the enterprise continues to produce and sell concrete solutions, despite the seizure of the asset.
In addition, ARMA discovered the use of special vehicles intended for transporting products.
ARMA has currently sent a number of requests to:
- National Police – regarding obtaining information from video surveillance cameras;
- Lviv City Council – regarding access to vehicle traffic monitoring systems;
- State Transport Safety Service – in order to obtain data on routes, dimensional and weight control, and other characteristics of transport.
In addition, the Western MTU of ARMA was instructed to check the odometer readings of each vehicle, the availability of technical passports and keys, and the location of the cars.
- The Betonbud plant of brothers Taras Kozak and Viktor Medvedchuk was transferred to the management of ARMA in July 2024.
- Later, law enforcement officers established that Betonstroi had unaccounted property on its balance sheet. The court arrested it and handed it over to ARMA in September 2024.
