Zhevago-linked distilleries and companies transferred to ARMA

Kyiv's Pechersk District Court in November 2024 seized and transferred to the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) a large number of assets related to businessman Kostyantyn Zhevago. These assets are now being prepared for management tenders, according to the ARMA's website.
The list includes seven distilleries (Yurkovetskyi, Uladivskyi, Dovzhotskyi, Ivankivskyi, Tkhorivskyi, Borshchivskyi and Voyutytskyi) and corporate rights of 28 legal entities (Fintakt, Ferrexpo-Hydromet, Vorskla Steel, Neominerals, etc.).

The company also manages more than 120 real estate properties in Kyiv and the regions and almost a hundred vehicles.
Zhevaho's assets were seized by ARMA on the basis of a previously unpublished ruling of the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv on November 27, 2024 in case No. 757/55901/24-к.
- In February 2025, as part of one of Zhevago's cases, it was decided to transfer 49.5% of the shares in the Poltava Mining and Processing Plant to the ARMA, but the agency said it would not be able to manage them.
- In the same month, the NSDC imposed sanctions on Zhevago.
