Automagistral-Puzden announced searches of offices and homes of employees

The company "Automagistral-Pivden" announced searches of its offices and employees' homes. The company's press service wrote about this on Facebook.
According to the statement of Automagistral-Puzden, the searches were conducted by officers of the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police.
The company notes that such actions have been going on for over eight months.
During this time, according to them, law enforcement officials repeatedly seized documents, equipment, and information media, some of which have allegedly not been returned to this day.
The company also reports that it is implementing a number of infrastructure projects in frontline regions, in particular in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, and states that there are risks of suspension of work in the event of further restrictions on activities.
In particular, according to the company's statement, in the event of further such actions by law enforcement agencies, the following may be stopped:
- construction of fortification lines in the Donetsk region (in the Dobropillya area), protected from FPV drone attacks;
- work on the restoration of military logistics facilities and evacuation routes;
- projects to protect energy infrastructure facilities;
- implementation of international contracts for the construction of strategic roads near the western border of Ukraine.
Automagistral-Pivden links these events to competition in the infrastructure construction market, in particular, to the implementation of the Ingulets – Pivdenne Reservoir water main project, which was completed in May 2024.
- On May 15, it became known that the Southern Motorway received a contract in Romania for 460 million euros.
